  • Buy plastic bins with lids or drawers! They’re amazingly handy, easy to clean & inexpensive.

  • And last but not least, SIMPLIFY: don’t have too many belongings in the first place! Your Allston apartment may be large, but it’s still an apartment, not a house. Do an inventory of your stuff every few months; donate or toss things you haven’t used since the last sweep.
