We are seeking ambitious agents to join our team, who are willing to work hard and be trained by our experienced staff. We have a very successful rental department, but also offer many opportunities with sales, property management, and potential for individual agents to build their own real estate portfolio. Our office is one of the leading agencies in the Greater Boston community and is run out of a prime location.
Most of our agents initially take advantage of our lucrative rental opportunities and ultimately participate in sales transactions as well. Our office maintains a great deal of exclusive listings throughout Boston, which affords us a significant advantage over rival real estate offices. We have a very competitive and favorable commission structure, and pride ourselves on the coaching and training we provide our agents. What We Are Looking For In You:
- You must be willing to obtain a valid Massachusetts real-estate license
- You will need a reliable and clean automobile, cell phone and digital camera
- You should have a strong WORK ETHIC and a drive to MAKE MONEY
- You should be PERSONABLE and good with people of all demographics
- You MUST have a professional attitude, and know how to be courteous and respectful to your clients
