Very painless. The people here were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. No one tried to give me any strong sales pitches, push me out of my price range, or pressure me to make a decision faster than I was comfortable with. I'd definitely recommend Exit as a whole, and Alex, the broker I saw the most.

My experience at Exit Realty was very positive. My realtor (Daniel) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although he was a bit disorganized, he worked hard to allow my roommate and I to secure the apartment, (we had a bit of bad luck with co-signers) and was patient as we scrambled to get paperwork filled out. I was also pleasantly surprised at how relaxed the process of finding an apartment was; he was not pushy at anytime during the process. I would recommend Daniel and Exit Realty to anyone looking for an apartment in the Boston, Allston area.
